Unfortunately, since Banyan Cares is a scholarship shop, our store is managed through a third-party fulfillment company. We do not keep an inventory of our items, so all orders are made to order immediately upon submission of your order. We do not allow returns or exchanges.

 

If you place an order and would like to have it canceled, please call (888) 448-6291 IMMEDIATELY so your order can be halted before it passes through fulfillment.

 

Once it has reached fulfillment, it cannot be stopped.
